Revisited
With a better and broader understanding of hard and soft skills that contribute to practising Interior Design, I have revisited by original mind map of what a Multidisciplinary Practice. I have critiqued my original mind map. The first thing I noticed was the emphasis I have put on the niche practices and not the skillset that one needs to have a creative practice. With this in mind I have re-created another mind map with a clearer understanding of a multidisciplinary creative practice. I don’t, as yet, specialise in one area of design, some areas of which I have knowledge and practice in but others I intend to work on to enable me to become a stronger, better designer.
