Exercise 2: Identifying YOUR site

My next step is to identify a location for my micro-dwelling. The site I have chosen has vehicular access, it is local to my home village and a beautiful spot for my client to build his home. Surrounded by countryside and near a lake, I quite often take a walk past this site and admire the view and the estate house that sits in the grounds. Taking into account my plan to build a micro-dwelling with outdoor space for my client to enjoy, this site is perfect, as he can face the lake and enjoy the view each and every single day.

I have drawn a plan in pencil at a scale of 1:1250 and marked the area of the site in black pen, it shows the site in relation to its surrounding area.
